- - 500 g of tongue (beef or pork);
- - 1 can of chopped pickled mushrooms;
- - 3-4 pickled cucumbers;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 70 g of cheese;
- - frozen green peas;
- - mayonnaise;
- - mustard.

Step 1
Place the tongue washed with the brush into a saucepan and cook.
Step 2
When the water boils, add salt. If foam forms, remove it with a slotted spoon. Continue simmering for 3 hours.

The readiness of the tongue is easy to determine with a fork or knife - if it pierces easily, it is ready.
Step 4
Defrost the peas. Pour the finished tongue with cool water and clean. Cut it into small pieces.
Step 5
Grate boiled eggs and cheese. Mix mayonnaise with mustard. Make the proportion to your taste.
Step 6
Lay out the salad in layers in this order (grease each layer with mayonnaise): mushrooms, tongue, cucumbers, eggs and cheese. Garnish with green peas on top.
