- 300 g chicken fillet;

- 1 can of canned mushrooms;

- 400 g of potatoes;

- 2 carrots;

- 2 small heads of onions;

- 3 boiled eggs;

- 200 g of mayonnaise;

- a small bunch of parsley.

Potatoes and carrots must be washed, boiled in their "uniform" until tender, put to cool, then peeled. Separately boil a piece of chicken fillet for 25 minutes (from the moment of boiling), then cool it too. Peel the onions, cut into half rings, fry with mushrooms in a pan with a small amount of vegetable oil, also cool. Peel the boiled eggs, break the white, remove the yolk. Place these pieces of eggs in separate containers.

Take a tall transparent dish, start laying out the salad in layers, each add and grease with mayonnaise:

- the first layer - coarsely grated potatoes;

- the second - finely chopped chicken fillet;

- 4 tablespoons caviar for decoration.

Rub the potatoes coarsely. Grind the whites in the same way, and the yolks - on a fine grater. Cut the fish into small squares. Put half of the grated potatoes in a salad bowl, then fish, proteins, cheese, then again potatoes, salmon, proteins. Do not forget to lightly grease the layers with mayonnaise, and salt the potatoes. Decorate with yolks, make a large mesh of mayonnaise, put caviar in several cells.
