This salad is a delicious and very beautiful holiday dish. Moreover, it can be easily prepared from the products that everyone has in the kitchen. Thanks to the interesting combination of several layers, the salad has an unusual delicate taste.
It is necessary
- - eggs - 4 pcs;
- - canned fish - 1 can;
- - cheese - 50-70 g;
- - half an onion;
- - butter - 30 g;
- - mayonnaise;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Hard-boiled eggs. Separate the yolks and whites into separate bowls. Then we rub both on a fine grater. Put the squirrels on a dish in an even, neat layer. Lubricate a little with mayonnaise on top.
Step 2
Finely grate the cheese. Any hard cheese is suitable for this salad. We spread it on top of the proteins, carefully align the edges of the layers, tamp it just a little. Lubricate again with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
Step 3
Pour all the liquid out of the can. Put the contents in a bowl, remove ridges and large bones, carefully knead the fish with a fork. Then we spread the third layer of salad from the fish, in the same way, lightly greasing it with mayonnaise. It is important not to go too far with the amount of mayonnaise - the salad should not turn out too greasy.
Step 4
Cut the onion into small pieces. Sprinkle the salad on top of it.
Step 5
Rub the butter on a coarse grater and pour it onto the onion. In order to do this, you need to keep the oil in the refrigerator until this moment. There should not be a lot of oil either, just a few "shavings".
Step 6
Align the edges of the lettuce, forming an even, neat circle (or whatever shape you have chosen for it). Remove excess crumbs from the sides of the plate with a napkin. Then carefully coat the entire salad with mayonnaise - both the top and sides.
Step 7
Sprinkle the salad with a continuous even layer of finely grated yolks. There is no need to tamp them - the top of the salad should turn out to be "fluffy" and airy.
Step 8
Salad ready. We put it in the refrigerator for several hours to soak.
