Step 1

Soak salted jellyfish in cool water for half an hour. Then rinse it in running water and immerse it in boiling water for literally 5-8 seconds. After that, place the jellyfish in a container of cold water again for 10 minutes. This procedure will quickly get rid of excess salt in the product.

Step 2

Boil the chicken in salted boiling water. Cut the finished meat into small neat cubes or thin strips. Also cut the jellyfish into strips. Outwardly, the ingredient should resemble Chinese funchose noodles.

Grate peeled and washed carrots through a coarse grater or cut into thin strips. Peel the celery stalks and cut into small pieces. Chili peppers should be chopped as small as possible. Optionally, you can replace the red pepper with ground black.
