It is necessary

    • For filling;
    • 2-3 pears;
    • 1/2 lemon juice;
    • 50-60 g of butter;
    • 2 tbsp Sahara;
    • cinnamon on the tip of a knife;
    • For the test:
    • 170 g flour;
    • 1 tsp baking powder;
    • 50 g ground almonds;
    • 100 g butter;
    • 100 g sugar;
    • 3 eggs;
    • 2 tbsp milk;
    • vanilla on the tip of a knife.
    • For the sauce:
    • 100 g butter;
    • 2 tbsp honey.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash and peel the pears. Remove the core carefully, taking care not to disturb the shape of the fruit. Cut from top to bottom into medium slices. The slices should be pear-shaped. Place in a wide bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice on all sides to prevent darkening.

Step 2

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add sugar and ground cinnamon. Place the chopped pears there. Cook over medium heat, turning occasionally. The pears should caramelize. This process can take from 7 to 15 minutes, depending on the pear variety. Try not to overcook the fruits, otherwise they will become too soft and lose their desired shape.

Step 3

To prepare the dough, sift the flour and baking powder through a sieve into a large bowl. Add ground almonds. Stir.

Step 4

Combine eggs and milk separately. Whisk with a fork or jar. Add vanillin.

Step 5

Use a mixer to beat the sugar and butter. Add the egg mixture and almond flour alternately. Whisk thoroughly until smooth. Do not put the entire volume of the mixtures into the whipped butter at once. They should alternate in small batches. Beginning and ending whipping is necessary with flour with almonds.

Step 6

Grease the refractory mold (preferably with split sides) with butter. Place the caramelized pears gently on the bottom. Distribute them nicely as they will be on top of the cake after baking.

Step 7

For the honey caramel sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan. Add honey. Bring to bubbling and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens. Pour the stacked pears with the resulting sauce. On top is the cooked dough.

Step 8

Bake in a preheated oven for 40-50 minutes at 180-200 ° C. Remove the finished pear taten from the oven and let cool slightly. Flip onto a serving dish and remove from the mold.

Step 9

Serve the pear tart with a scoop of ice cream and a sprig of mint.
