Bulgarian appetizer is a very interesting and tasty dish. It is made from feta cheese, pepper and tomatoes, seasoned with marinade.
It is necessary
- - 4 peppers;
- - salad;
- - 2 stalks of young garlic;
- - 50 g feta cheese;
- - 2 tomatoes;
- - 2 hard boiled eggs;
- - 10 olives;
- - parsley;
- - salt;
- - vinegar;
- - nuts.
- For refueling:
- - a raw egg;
- - 200 ml of kefir;
- - walnuts;
- - vinegar;
- - salt;
- - vegetable oil
Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare a dressing: mix kefir, raw egg, vinegar, salt, crushed walnuts and vegetable oil.
Step 2
Peel the seeds from the peppers and salt them inside. Set aside for 10 minutes and then fill the peppers with the dressing.
Step 3
Slice the tomatoes across and spoon out all the juice and pulp. Season with salt and fill the tomatoes with chopped eggs, feta cheese and tomato pulp. Sprinkle crushed nuts on top.
Step 4
Cut the lettuce leaves into strips and mix with the marinade. The marinade is made from vegetable oil, vinegar and salt. Sprinkle everything with chopped garlic and rooster greens.
Step 5
Serve the finished dish on a plate, sprinkle with chopped olives.
