To prepare 1 serving of porridge, you will need:

- 50 g of buckwheat;

- 100 ml of milk;

- water;

- butter;

- salt, sugar (to taste).

First, rinse the buckwheat, and then put it to boil in boiled water over medium heat. After the water boils again, reduce the heat and cover the pot with a lid. Boil the porridge until the buckwheat begins to crumble.

In parallel with this, heat the milk, then pour the cooked buckwheat with it, add butter, salt and sugar to it according to your taste. Keep in mind that you need to put less salt in buckwheat boiled in milk than in boiled in water. Then cover the porridge with a lid and let it brew.

Spread the buckwheat porridge with milk in bowls and add a little more butter if desired. Such porridge can be eaten both hot and cold, but oil is not added to cold buckwheat.

Buckwheat porridge with milk and honey

You will need (for 3 servings):

- 150 g of buckwheat;

- 300 ml of milk;

- 3 tbsp. l. honey;

- cinnamon (optional);

- salt (to taste).

Rinse the buckwheat in hot water, then place in a pot of boiling salted water, simmer until the water boils over high heat, then reduce heat and simmer under a closed lid for about 15 minutes. Bring the milk to a boil in a small saucepan.

Put the finished buckwheat porridge in portions on plates, pour hot milk and add a few tablespoons of honey. You can also add a small amount of cinnamon to each plate for a sophisticated flavor.

Buckwheat porridge with milk and fruit

You will need:

- 80 g of buckwheat;

- 400 ml of milk (chocolate milk, cocoa);

- 100 g of strawberries (strawberries, raspberries);

- kiwi - 1 pc.;

- banana - 1 pc.;

- sugar (honey) - to taste.

Go over and rinse the cereals. Pour milk into a saucepan and bring it to a boil, then add buckwheat and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the fruits and berries for the porridge. Wash the strawberries, separate the tails and cut into half rings. Peel the kiwi and banana, rinse and also cut into half rings.

After the buckwheat is cooked, leave it for a while so that the cereal reaches. Divide the porridge into bowls and add fruit to taste in each serving. Also sugar or add some honey. If you replace regular milk with chocolate or cocoa, the porridge will acquire a chocolate aroma and a sweet taste of fruits and berries. Undoubtedly, such buckwheat porridge with milk and fruit will appeal not only to children, but also to adults.
