It is necessary
- –Fresh tomatoes (6-8 pcs.);
- - garlic to taste;
- –Mozarella cheese (65 g);
- –Chicken meat (170 g);
- –Light mayonnaise;
- –Basil (3 g);
- –Marinated champignons (6-8 pcs.);
- - bow (half head).
Instructions
Step 1
First, you need to prepare cups of tomatoes in which you will put the filling. To do this, wash the vegetables, carefully cut off the top with a knife. Make cuts inside the tomato where the inner membranes are. Spoon out the pulp with a spoon. In doing so, try not to damage the dense part. Place the resulting tomato cups upside down on a plate.
Step 2
Next, proceed with the filling. Boil chicken meat in water with salt added to taste. Chop into small pieces with a knife. If you want the minced meat to be more tender, you can grind the chicken in a blender. Place the minced meat in a bowl and add the chopped mushrooms toasted with chopped onions. Stir.
Step 3
Take each tomato and fill with the chicken, mushroom and onion filling using a spoon. Don't forget to leave some space at the top. Stack the minced meat tightly. Mix the grated cheese, garlic and light mayonnaise separately. Fill the tomato cups with this mass to the end.
Step 4
Grease a baking sheet with cooking oil, then place each tomato at a distance of 2-5 cm from each other. Place the baking sheet in the oven. Bake for about 20-35 minutes. Sprinkle the prepared stuffed tomatoes with basil and put in the oven again for a few minutes to let the spice develop its aroma.
