Ingredients:

  • 3 medium tomatoes;
  • 120 g pork fillet;
  • ½ a clove of garlic;
  • 30 g walnuts;
  • 150 g of hard cheese;
  • a small bunch of dill;
  • 2 tsp soy sauce;
  • ½ tsp mustard seeds;
  • mayonnaise;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 tbsp. l. oils;
  • salt to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Heat a frying pan, pour in sunflower oil.
  2. Wash the meat, cut into thin pieces, rub lightly with salt, lay out and fry on both sides until tender. Then remove the frying pan from the heat, tighten it with foil or cover with a lid, set aside until the meat has cooled completely.
  3. Remove the cooled meat from the pan and cut into small cubes.
  4. Cut the hard cheese into small cubes.
  5. Boil eggs until tender, cool and grate.
  6. Wash the dill and chop finely.
  7. Put whole walnuts in a mortar and crush. If there is no mortar, then you can use a blender or the most common rolling pin.
  8. Combine pieces of cheese, eggs and meat in a salad bowl. Add chopped greens and walnuts to them. Mix everything until smooth and set aside for 5-10 minutes.
  9. Meanwhile, squeeze the garlic through the garlic dish, put in a bowl. Pour soy sauce, mustard and mayonnaise there. Mix everything until smooth, pour into the meat salad and stir.
  10. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly, carefully cut off the cap with a knife. Peel the pulp with a teaspoon, and sprinkle the remaining shell inside with pepper and salt to taste.
  11. Stuff the prepared tomatoes with meat salad, garnish with dill, put on a dish and serve.
