  • - 5 tomatoes
  • - 100 g of cheese
  • - fresh herbs
  • - sour cream
  • - 1 head of onion
  • - 300 g champignons
  • - salt
  • - ground black pepper
  • - basil

Instructions

Step 1

Chop mushrooms and onions and fry in vegetable oil for 10-15 minutes. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Finely chop fresh herbs and basil.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, combine grated cheese, fried mushrooms, chopped herbs and sour cream. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Step 3

Remove the pulp from the tomatoes so that the skin remains intact. Leave the "hats" for decoration. Fill each tomato with the filling and cover with a hat. The pulp can be skipped or mixed with the mushroom mixture.

Step 4

Place it in a baking dish and cook in the oven for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted. You can serve tomatoes stuffed with mushrooms on lettuce leaves, sprinkle with a small amount of chopped fresh herbs on top.
