This is not only delicious, but also a very beautiful appetizer for a festive table. It will look even more spectacular if you use multi-colored tomatoes - yellow and red.
You will need:
- 28 pieces of large cherry tomatoes;
- 100 grams of bacon;
- 3 tablespoons of hard grated cheese;
- 100 grams of mayonnaise;
- a small bunch of green onions and parsley;
- dill, lettuce for decoration.
Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut off the tops and carefully select the pulp with a small spoon; put each tomato on a plate, cut side down, to drain off excess juice. Chop the bacon very finely and fry until golden brown, drain the melted fat, cool the bacon. Rinse green onions and parsley, dry and chop.
In a bowl, combine bacon, grated cheese, herbs and mayonnaise. Fill tomatoes with this mixture, put on a dish, cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator for two hours. Garnish with dill and lettuce before serving.
