Even on the days of fasting, you can arrange a feast for the belly. Delicious, appetizing and healthy stuffed mushrooms can be eaten every day. Moreover, it is very simple to prepare such a dish.
It is necessary
- - 8 mushrooms,
- - 1 carrot,
- - 1 onion,
- - half of bell pepper,
- - 2 medium tomatoes,
- - 2 cloves of garlic,
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of soy sauce
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil
- - chili to taste,
- - basil to taste,
- - salt to taste,
- - ground black pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the champignons, separate the legs and cut them into small cubes.
Step 2
Cut the carrots in the same way as the mushrooms. If desired, carrots can be grated on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Chop the peeled onion and clove of garlic. Remove the skin from the tomatoes and cut into small cubes, also cut the bell pepper.
Step 4
Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil, cook prepared vegetables for five minutes. Then add chopped champignon legs to the vegetables. Continue cooking the filling for another five minutes.
Step 5
Grind a clove of garlic in any convenient way (you can grate it) and chili.
Step 6
Transfer the mushrooms to a large bowl, add chopped garlic clove, chili, basil, your favorite spices and two tablespoons of olive oil to them, rub the spices into the mushrooms. Then add a spoonful of soy sauce and stir. Try it with salt, if not enough, add a little more salt.
Step 7
Stuff the mushrooms with the vegetable filling. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake the mushrooms for 15 minutes.
Step 8
Transfer the baked stuffed mushrooms to a dish, let stand for 5-10 minutes, decorate to your liking and serve.
