Stuffed tomatoes are delicious and, most importantly, a dietary dish. They can be served as a main course, for example, for an evening meal, a snack or a side dish for meat or fish.
It is necessary
- - tomatoes - 8 pieces;
- - boiled egg - 2 pieces;
- - rice - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - green onions;
- - parsley and dill;
- - salt, pepper, butter and cream - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Ripe tomatoes, firm, medium-sized, wash and dry with a napkin. Then cut off the top of the tomato and gently remove all the pulp with a teaspoon. Turn the resulting cups on a wooden board to drain the excess juice.
Step 2
Cook crumbly rice and put a small amount of butter in it. Rinse green onions thoroughly, chop finely, put in a pan with butter and fry for a couple of minutes. Then add prepared rice, chopped tomato pulp and hard-boiled chopped eggs to it. Mix everything, add chopped herbs, ground pepper and salt. Stir all ingredients gently again.
Step 3
Season the prepared tomatoes with salt and pepper. Fill them with minced meat, cover with tomato caps and carefully place in one layer in a greased frying pan. Top with cream and place in a hot oven. This dish should be served hot, sprinkled with the sauce in which they were stewed.
