Step 1

Wash the beef fillets under running water. Cut it into portions across the grain. Keeping them small will save you time.

Pour 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it and fry the meat. In this case, the temperature of the oil should not drop during the cooking of the beef. Otherwise, the crust forms poorly and the meat juice flows out.

Season with salt and place the beef in a pressure cooker, add a glass of water, bring to a boil, remove the foam and close the lid tightly. At the beginning of cooking, the heat should be medium, and after boiling, reduce it. Simmer the meat for about 20 minutes.
