Boiled dumplings

Perhaps this is the easiest way to make dumplings using an airfryer. Put the dumplings in a prepared container, which can be dishes made from most of the materials we are used to. Then sprinkle them with spices, add butter, cover with boiled water so that it slightly covers the dumplings, and close the lid. Then select the required program. In this case, set the temperature to 260 ºC, high air speed and 30 minutes cooking time. The advantage of cooking dumplings in an airfryer is that they do not boil soft, moreover, they turn out to be tender and juicy, since they are soaked in oil.

Baked dumplings

Grease a baking tray with butter, place the dumplings on top of it and place on the middle wire rack. Then prepare the dressing. To do this, beat sour cream, eggs, salt and pepper in a separate bowl. If you like mayonnaise more, you can use it instead of the egg-sour cream mixture. Sprinkle the dumplings with grated cheese, top with the dressing, stir and cover the airfryer. Bake the dish for 30 minutes at 260 ºC and medium air speed.

Dumplings in pots

Prepare a sauce with mayonnaise, a little boiled water, salt, and whatever spices you like. Water is needed here so that the mayonnaise is not too thick. Then place the dumplings in the pots and pour over the sauce so that it covers them a little. Close the pots with lids and place them in the airfryer on the lower wire rack. Cooking dumplings in this way takes 30 minutes at a temperature of 260 ºC and a high blowing speed.

Fried dumplings in pots

Pre-fry the dumplings in a pan until golden brown. Separately fry the chopped onions and mushrooms in butter. Rub the pots with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, lay dumplings and vegetables in them and season everything with spices. Then prepare a dressing of sour cream and water, taken in a 2: 1 ratio. If desired, the water can be replaced with broth. Pour the sauce over the dumplings with mushrooms so that it completely covers them, close the pots with lids and place in the airfryer. Bake for 30-40 minutes at medium speed and 180-200 ºC.

Dumplings

Mix sour cream and mayonnaise taken in equal proportions, add finely chopped pickled cucumbers, salt and garlic to them. Mix the dumplings with the sauce, place on a greased baking sheet previously set on the medium wire rack and sprinkle with dill. Bake at 180 ºC and blow at medium speed for 15-17 minutes.
