If you are using fresh mushrooms, boil them in lightly salted water. Simply cut the canned mushrooms into thin slices. Cut the meat into thin plates and beat slightly with a special hammer.

Rub each plate of meat with salt and black pepper. In the middle of each piece, put some onions, cut into half rings.

Fry the mushrooms and ham, cut into strips, in vegetable oil. Add chopped garlic, salt and black pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Put the mixture on the meat pieces. One tablespoon of mushrooms and ham is enough for one bag.

Gather the edges of the meat to make a ball or bag, secure with toothpicks or thread. Put the workpiece in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Before serving, replace the thread with green onions or a sprig of parsley.
