It is necessary

  • For four servings
  • For the test:
  • - 2 glasses of milk;
  • - 1 glass of flour;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
  • - 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
  • For filling:
  • - 250 g of cheese;
  • - 150 g ham;
  • - half an onion;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • - fresh dill, green onions.

Instructions

Step 1

First you need to make thin pancakes. To do this, you need a pancake dough: beat milk with eggs, salt, add sugar. Add flour, whisk everything until smooth with a whisk. Add olive oil to the dough. Heat a frying pan, coat it with olive oil for the first pancake, bake the pancakes, but not until golden brown - they should remain light in color, since then the appetizer should also be baked in the oven.

Step 2

Peel the onion, chop finely, fry in vegetable oil. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater, mix it with chopped fresh dill. Add finely chopped ham. Then add fried onions, season with pepper, mix the resulting filling.

Step 3

Place the filling in the middle of each baked pancake, lift the edges of the pancake, tie like a bag with green onion feathers. Arrange pancake bags with cheese and ham on a baking sheet, put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

Step 4

It takes about 5-7 minutes to bake a pancake appetizer for the filling inside to melt, and the pancakes themselves are baked as follows and become crispy. Can be served hot immediately. Such bags look great on the festive table, they are no less tasty when cold.
