- • pepper (black, allspice or white) - on the tip of a knife
- • Several feathers of green onions or "plaits" of cheese

Step 1
Cooking begins with the preparation of pancakes. In a bowl, combine the eggs with salt and beat with a mixer or whisk. Gradually, sugar and milk are added to the mixture and added in parts to flour. Stir the dough thoroughly to avoid clumping. The dough is poured into a hot and oiled frying pan, pancakes are evenly distributed and baked.
Step 2
To prepare the filling, boil the chicken fillet and cut it into small pieces. Finely chop the mushrooms, peel and chop the onion. In a frying pan, in a small amount of vegetable oil, fry the onion until golden brown. Put the finished onion on a sieve and let the excess oil drain. Then the prepared mushrooms are fried and the cheese is grated. Fried onions, finely chopped boiled chicken fillet are added to the mushroom mixture and kneaded thoroughly. During kneading, salt and pepper are added to the filling to taste.
Step 3
