This unusual omelet of bright green, almost light green color is very reminiscent of summer, with its bright colors, green grass and an abundance of favorite vegetables and fruits. The recipe includes zucchini, which is about to appear on the shelves, and cottage cheese. This unusual combination turns an ordinary omelette into a truly royal delicacy.
It is necessary
- - Zucchini (zucchini) - 1 pc.;
- - Soft, low-fat cottage cheese - 150 g;
- - Chicken eggs - 4-5 pcs.;
- - Olive oil - 1 tablespoon;
- - Garlic - 3 teeth;
- - Salt, freshly ground black pepper;
- - Greens.
Instructions
Step 1
We wash the zucchini, cut out the tails and rub on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Peel and crush the garlic with the edge of a knife, chop. Chop the parsley finely.

Break eggs in a small container. Beat them thoroughly with a whisk or mixer. Season with salt and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.

Introduce cottage cheese, pre-mashed with a fork, chopped zucchini and parsley. Mix well again.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Pour the egg mixture in a thin stream and cover with a lid so that the omelet comes up and steamed.
