Delicious and beautiful salad. There are many options for such a salad, the main ingredient is chicken eggs, which embody the idea of chamomiles.
It is necessary
- - a can of canned mackerel in its own juice;
- - 2 fresh cucumbers;
- - 0, 5 tbsp. rice;
- - 200 ml. mayonnaise;
- - feathers of green onions;
- - 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the rice in a little water. Cool it down. Toss with a few tablespoons of mayonnaise. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, fry them in warmed vegetable oil. Squeeze out excess oil from the carrots, cool and mix with mayonnaise.
Step 2
Remove the canned food from the jar, remove the spinal bones. Chop the mackerel with a fork and mix with mayonnaise. Set aside one cucumber half. Cut the rest into cubes, add mayonnaise.
Step 3
Arrange the layers on a platter as follows: cucumbers, rice, carrots, canned mackerel. Flip over (cucumbers should be on top).
Step 4
Cut the remaining cucumber into strips. Chop the green onion finely. Decorate the top of the salad with them in the form of a green "meadow".
Step 5
Cut the white of the eggs into strips, chop the yolk. Make chamomile out of them. Arrange the flowers all over the salad. Let it soak and serve the Chamomile salad to the table.
