Promotes the formation of bile. The most delicious and healthiest is spring sorrel. It contains a large amount of ascorbic acid and valuable vitamins that rejuvenate and renew the body. Sorrel is added to soups, salads and even used as the main filling for pies.

- - a clove of garlic;
- - cream 100 ml;
- - butter 45 g;
- - flour 30 g;
- - meat broth 1 l;
- - ground black pepper;

Step 1
Heat the butter in a large saucepan. Onions, peel the garlic. Chop finely, fry in a saucepan with butter for about 1-2 minutes.

The next step is to sprinkle the onion with flour and fry for 1 minute. Boil the meat broth in another bowl. Pour hot broth into the saucepan where the onion is, stirring occasionally, add cream. It is necessary to cook over medium heat for up to 30 minutes.

Separate the sorrel leaves from the stems, rinse well, then pour over with boiling water and chop finely. After boiling the broth, put the sorrel in it and immediately remove the pan from the heat. Then grind everything together in mashed potatoes. Do this with a blender or mixer.

Season with pepper and salt to taste. Soup no longer needs to be boiled! It must be poured into warmed plates and can be served.
