Sorrel and nettle soup is a real spring dish. Having a slight sourness and being saturated with vitamins, it will saturate you with energy, and will not add extra calories. The benefits of such a soup are obvious: nettle contains a huge amount of minerals and vitamins that everyone needs.
It is necessary
- - chicken breast
- - 2 liters of water
- - a bunch of sorrel
- - a bunch of young shoots of nettles
- - onion
- - carrot
- - 3 potatoes
- - 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- - green onion
- - salt
- - 2 eggs
- - sour cream
- - greens
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the chicken breast until tender. Cut into small pieces. Add chopped potatoes to the broth, cook until half cooked.

Then add carrots and onions fried in vegetable oil. Let it simmer for a quarter of an hour over low heat.

Rinse the sorrel thoroughly, chop finely. Pour boiling water over young shoots of nettle, chop finely.
Step 4
Add nettles and sorrel to the soup. Chop green onions, herbs, send them to soup. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Boil the eggs. Serve the soup with sour cream and half a boiled egg.
