Many families have a wonderful tradition: spring has come - they cook dishes from nettles. Young nettles are put in salads, in pies and, of course, this healthy plant is added to soup. While the nettle is still young, it contains many trace elements and vitamins that are useful to the body after a long winter. Nettle soup can also be cooked in fasting, you just need to remove eggs and sour cream from the recipe.
It is necessary
- - 400 gr. young nettle;
- - 4 medium potatoes;
- -3 eggs;
- - salt and pepper;
- - sour cream.
Instructions
Step 1
Only young nettle leaves are used to make this spring soup. They are scalded with boiling water and finely chopped. The potatoes are cut into either strips or cubes. Boil it in water, (if desired, in a ready-made broth) until cooked.
Step 2
When the potatoes are cooked, nettles are dipped into the pan, then the dish is salted and pepper. Immediately after this, the pan is removed from the heat. Eggs must be boiled and cut into neat slices.
Step 3
When serving the aromatic nettle soup into bowls, add sour cream and an egg circle to each bowl.
