- - 3 potatoes;

- - 15 g flour;

- - 1.5 liters of water.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil 1.5 liters of water. Rinse the nettle thoroughly and scald with boiling water. Peel vegetables, cut potatoes and carrots into strips, and dice the leek and celery root. Finely chop the nettles and dip in a saucepan of boiling water. Season with salt and spices to taste.
Step 2
Sauté the carrots and leeks in sunflower oil. Add the prepared mixture to the saucepan. Add chopped potatoes and celery root and cook for 5-9 minutes. Stir the soup. Simmer over medium heat.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a skillet, fry the flour until golden brown, stir constantly, then add 2 tablespoons of soup water. Pour the mixture into a saucepan. Cook for another 7-10 minutes over high heat. Remove from heat, let the soup cool slightly. Pour the soup into a bowl, add half an egg, sour cream and pepper to taste.
