Finely chop the green onion. We clean the Kerch herring, separate from the bones and cut into thin strips. Peel the pickled cucumbers and grate them three. Beat butter with a mixer until lightness, add chopped eggs and parsley and dill. We continue to beat until smooth. We take cling film, put chopped green onions on it, put prepared pieces of Kerch herring on top and cover everything with a butter mixture, sprinkling with grated pickled cucumbers.
