There are few people who don't like fried potatoes. Everyone chooses the ingredients for this dish to their liking. Very aromatic potatoes will turn out if you fry them with bacon and onions. And green peas will make the dish beautiful.

- Ingredients for 2 persons:
- - 3 medium sized potatoes;
- - 1 onion;
- - 75 gr. frozen green peas;
- - 100 gr. bacon;
- - olive oil;
- - pepper and salt.
Instructions
Step 1
The potatoes need to be washed, peeled, cut into small cubes.
Step 2
Crumble the onion, but the pieces should not be too small.
Step 3
Remove the skin from the bacon, cut it into pieces of the same size as the potatoes.
Step 4
Pour olive oil generously into the pan, heat it up and fry the potatoes. At the same time, boil green peas in boiling water for 5-7 minutes.
Step 5
In another frying pan without oil, fry the bacon and onions until golden brown.
Step 6
Add potatoes and green peas to onions and bacon, mix, serve with sprigs of any greens.
The dish can be pepper and salt if desired, but keep in mind that the bacon already contains a lot of salt.
