Frittata is an Italian version of an omelet with a variety of fillings, including vegetables, cheese, sausage, meat or bacon. This is a very basic and hearty breakfast that all family members will enjoy.
It is necessary
- - 30 ml of olive oil;
- - 900 g of potatoes;
- - a bunch of young green onions (with a white part);
- - 120 g ham;
- - salt and pepper to taste;
- - 8 eggs;
- - 120 ml of milk;
- - 20-30 g of grated Parmesan.
Instructions
Step 1
The potatoes should be washed, peeled and cut into plastics about 4-5 mm thick. Chop the onion - the green part is separate from the white one. Cut the ham into small pieces.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 200C. In a pan that can be used for the oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Fry potatoes with salt and pepper for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the white part of the onion and the ham, fry for another 5-7 minutes.
Step 3
At this time, beat eggs with milk and parmesan in a bowl. When the mixture becomes homogeneous, add green onions to it.
Step 4
Pour the egg mixture into the pan, leave the frittata on the fire for 1-2 minutes, then put the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let the frittata "rest" for 5 minutes before serving.
