Initially, steak was prepared only from beef, but now almost any meat is used for its preparation. Steak with potatoes and eggs is a complete dish that represents meat with a side dish.
It is necessary
- - pork loin - 600-700 g;
- - egg - 6 pcs;
- - butter - 150 g;
- - meat broth - 200 ml;
- - mustard - 1 tablespoon
- For garnish:
- - large potatoes - 6-8 pieces;
- - sunflower oil - 300 ml;
- - salt, pepper, spices - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
We wash the meat under running water and lightly dry it with a paper towel, then cut it into equal square pieces 2-3 cm thick. Lightly beat each portion piece on both sides, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 2
In a deep frying pan, melt 2 tbsp. l. butter and fry the chops on both sides over high heat until golden brown, then reduce the gas, cover the pan with a lid and simmer the meat until tender. Determine the degree of roasting with a fork, making several punctures in different pieces.
Step 3
Then we prepare the sauce. To do this, pour the juice that was released during frying meat into a saucepan, add the meat broth and mustard, bring to a boil and mix.
Step 4
For a side dish, rub the peeled potatoes on a coarse grater and fry in sunflower oil until golden brown, add salt and seasonings to taste. Put the finished potatoes in a colander or sieve so that the glass will have excess oil.
Step 5
In a clean frying pan, melt 50 g of butter and fry the eggs with fried eggs, salt the egg white and pepper the yolk.
Step 6
To serve on the table in the center of a large dish, lay out the potatoes with a slide, around which we place the steaks. Melt the remaining butter and pour over the meat while still hot. Put the fried eggs on top of the steaks. In addition to the meal, you can serve fresh or canned vegetables.
