Airy buns are quick baked goods for tea. The delicious filling, very similar to condensed milk, makes them especially appetizing. Try adding a different filling. Ready boiled condensed milk or meat with vegetables.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 4 eggs;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
- - 300 ml of milk;
- - 250 g flour;
- - 0.5 teaspoons of salt.
- For filling:
- - 200 ml of milk
- - 1, 5 cups of sugar;
- - 1, 5 glasses of powdered milk;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter;
- - vanillin.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the dough: Add eggs, salt, butter to a bowl and beat with a whisk.
Step 2
Warm the milk to room temperature. Mix flour with milk so that there are no lumps. Combine ingredients and beat.
Step 3
Pour the finished dough into muffin tins.
Step 4
Bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees. Then reduce the temperature to 170 degrees and bake for another 5 minutes.
Step 5
Cooking the filling:
Mix dry and whole milk, add sugar. Put in a water bath. Cook for 1, 5 hours. Add butter and vanillin 10 minutes before cooking.
Step 6
Remove the finished buns from the molds, separate the tops with a knife. Fill with cream and close. Serve with tea.
