When choosing what to cook for dessert, do not ignore the recipe for a tender roll with a great coffee aroma. It is especially good to bake such a delicacy in the berry season. You can use another berry instead of strawberries. But it is the combination of coffee, cream and strawberries that is very successful.
It is necessary
- - 5 eggs
- - 100 g sugar
- - 30 g flour
- - a pinch of salt
- - a bag of vanillin
- - 80 g of pudding - biscuit powder
- - a teaspoon of baking powder
- - 200 ml of cream with a fat content of 30-35%
- - a teaspoon of instant coffee
- - 50 g dark chocolate
- - a cup of strawberries
- - 2 tablespoons of cocoa
- - 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the cream. Heat the cream, but do not boil, remove from heat, add coffee, chocolate. Stir until smooth, set aside to cool.
Step 2
For biscuit dough, beat eggs with sugar and vanillin until fluffy. Set aside a third of the resulting mass separately, add all the prepared flour and half a teaspoon of baking powder to it, mix gently.
Step 3
Pour cocoa into most of the egg mixture, then add salt through a strainer, half a teaspoon of baking powder. Add the pudding to the egg and coffee mass. Stir gently.
Step 4
Cover the baking sheet with parchment, grease with vegetable oil, pour the chocolate dough, flatten. Spoon the white dough randomly over the chocolate dough.
Step 5
Use a wooden skewer to draw streaks. Bake the biscuit for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
Step 6
Remove the biscuit from the baking sheet along with the parchment and cover with a clean sheet of parchment. Turning the biscuit over, carefully remove the parchment on which it was baked. While still hot, wrap it together with new parchment in a roll, set aside to cool.
Step 7
Return to making the cream. Add powdered sugar to the cream, beat the cream until fluffy. Wash strawberries, cut into halves.
Step 8
Unfold the roll, brush with cream, put strawberries on top. Having wrapped it again in a roll, wrap the biscuit with foil, put it in the refrigerator for an hour. The roll is ready!
