Have you ever tried julienne in a restaurant or cafe? Surprisingly, this dish can be prepared quickly and easily at home.
It is necessary
- - vegetable oil;
- - 300 g frozen mushrooms;
- - onions (1-2 pcs.);
- - 200 grams of hard cheese;
- - 300 g sour cream;
- - salt;
- - ground black pepper;
- - flour (1-2 tablespoons);
- - 500 g chicken fillet.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the chicken fillet. Cover it with water and bring to a boil. It is necessary to cook the chicken fillet until tender (about half an hour) over low heat.
Step 2
Defrost the mushrooms. Wash the onion, peel it and cut it into half rings.
Step 3
Pour some vegetable oil into a preheated skillet. Fry the onions with mushrooms for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring the whole mixture.

Now you need to cool the chicken fillet and chop it finely. Turn on the oven and let it warm up to 180 degrees.
Step 5
Add the chicken fillet you just chopped to the pan with the mushrooms and onions.

Fry the flour in a separate dry skillet.
Step 7
Heat sour cream with salt and pepper to a boil. Transfer the resulting creamy sauce to the mushrooms with chicken. Stir well and remove from heat. Put the resulting mass in pots.
Step 8
Now grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater. Sprinkle this cheese over the mushrooms and chicken and place in the oven. Julienne with chicken and mushrooms must be cooked for about 30 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
Step 9
The chicken julienne is ready. Can be served on the table.
