Crepe frisee - translated from French as "pancake lace". Somewhat reminiscent of French brushwood. Pancakes are delicious, tender, airy.

- - 1 tbsp. l. granulated sugar
- - 1/3 tsp salt
- - 125 ml milk
- - 140 g flour
- - 1 tsp. baking powder
- - icing sugar
- - 300 ml of vegetable oil

Step 1
First, beat the eggs with granulated sugar and salt, pour in the milk and mix everything well.
Step 2
Pour in flour and add baking powder, mix well, knead the dough without lumps, it should resemble sour cream in consistency. Place the dough in a pastry syringe or bag with a cut-off corner.
Step 3
Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan, if bubbles form, then the oil has warmed up.
Step 4
Squeeze the dough into the pan in a spiral in the form of lace, it will begin to grow, thereby holding the spirals together.
Step 5
When the pancake is browned at the bottom, turn it over and saute on the other side until golden brown.
Step 6
Place the pancakes on a paper towel. Then transfer to portioned plates, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
