Looking for something sweet? Bake a peach pie. It is cooked in less than half an hour, and eaten even faster.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 50 g of cottage cheese
- - 3 tablespoons of milk
- - 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- - 100 g flour
- - baking powder teaspoon
- - 2 tablespoons of sugar
- - vanillin
- - salt
- For filling:
- - canned peaches 3 things
- - 150 g of cottage cheese
- - 30 g sugar
- - a tablespoon of starch
- - vanillin
- - 2 tablespoons milk
- - nuts
Instructions
Step 1
Mix milk, cottage cheese and butter well. Combine flour and baking powder in a separate cup. Add curd mass to them. Knead the dough.
Step 2
Roll out the dough into a thin layer and fold into a mold. From the dough, make bumpers around the edges of the mold.
Step 3
To prepare the filling, combine sugar, cottage cheese and milk.
Step 4
Put the curd mass on the dough. Arrange the chopped peaches on top. Sprinkle with nuts.
Step 5
Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake the pie for 25 minutes.
