Chicken is perhaps the most familiar meat for us. Prepare it in a special way so that the boring taste takes on new elegant shades.

- - 300 g fresh spinach;
- - 100 g of bacon in strips;
- - 0.5 cups of grated hard cheese;
- - 0.5 cups sour cream;
- - 15 g butter;
- - salt pepper.
- For the sauce:
- - 300 g of chanterelles;
- - 2 onions;
- - 200 ml of cream.

Step 1
Rinse and dry the spinach. Peel and chop the garlic. Heat the butter in a skillet and cook the spinach in it for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Add cheese, sour cream and garlic.
Step 2
Rinse and beat the chicken breasts. Spread the spinach filling (leave a little for serving) over the chicken, roll the rolls, wrap them in bacon and secure with toothpicks. Place the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Step 3
Bake in an oven preheated to 190 ° C for 35 minutes. Increase the temperature to 260 ° C 5 minutes before cooking.
Step 4
For the sauce, wash and boil the chanterelles. Chop the onion, fry and mix with the mushrooms. Season with salt and cream, cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
Step 5
Place the rolls on plates and garnish with spinach filling. Serve with chanterelle sauce.
