Bavarian cuisine is plentiful and delicious. Although there is no sophistication of French cuisine or exotic Chinese dishes, this cuisine is close to the Russian table in mentality. Just like in Russia, Bavarians love greens, vegetables, especially root crops. Even the most ordinary potatoes prepared according to the Bavarian recipe turn into a tasty, satisfying dish. Of meat, the Bavarians prefer pork, beef and chicken are on the sidelines. Bavarian ribs are a very high-calorie, but at the same time incredibly tasty dish, before which even a dieter cannot resist.
