Step 1

Before you send the pork ribs to the oven, you need to grate them with spices. The basic ingredients of the seasonings are salt and sugar, then your favorite spices are added to each other. Not only the aroma of the dish depends on the spices, but also the hardness of its texture. Cover the baking sheet with foil, place the wire rack on top, then rub the ribs with the spice mixture and place on the wire rack.

The next step is to put the pork ribs in the oven on a preheated broiler grill to create a crust. It is important not to miss the moment when the spices begin to sizzle and bubble, otherwise you can allow the sugar to burn. After that, remove the ribs from the oven.
