- 300 g of beef;

- 0, 5 tbsp. white rice;

- 1 onion;

- 1 chicken egg;

- 2 tbsp. sour cream;

- 3 tbsp. ketchup;

- 1 tbsp. flour;

Mix the minced meat with cereals, egg, season with pepper and 1 tsp. without a hill of salt and mix well with your hands until the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Soak your palms in water, roll meat balls of equal size and place them in the multicooker pan. Chicken meatballs in cheese sauce in a slow cooker

Ingredients:

- 500 g chicken fillet (white or dark meat);

- 1 onion;

- 2 cloves of garlic;

- 1 chicken egg;

- 1 tbsp. cream;

- 150 g of hard cheese;

- salt;

- vegetable oil.

If you chose white poultry for cooking, add a little sour cream or cream to the minced meat, otherwise the meatballs will turn out to be dry.

Peel the onion, chop it coarsely and puree in a blender or food processor. Cut chicken fillet into small slices and mince or grind in the same way as onions. Put both prepared products in one bowl, break the egg there, add 0.5 tsp. salt and stir, preferably with your hands.

Lubricate the inside of the multicooker container with vegetable oil using a cooking brush and pour a couple of tablespoons of cream over the bottom. Shape the cooked minced meat into chicken balls and place them in a saucepan. Select the "Baking" mode, lower the lid and bake the meatballs in the multicooker for about 20 minutes.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Crush the garlic in a special press. Whisk the cream with these two ingredients and pour over the chicken balls. Continue cooking in the same mode, setting the timer for half an hour. This dish is best served with a fresh vegetable salad.
