  • peppercorns - 3 pcs.;
  • bay leaf - 1 pc.;
  • lemon - 1 pc.;
  • salt, spices, herbs - to taste.

Step by step cooking process

Rinse the beef and cut into small cubes. Put them in the multicooker bowl, pour boiled water on top, close the lid, set the "Stew" program and set the time to 2 hours.

After the multicooker is finished, strain the meat broth obtained in the bowl. Chop the boiled beef, smoked meats and pickles into strips. Cut the capers into slices. Peel and chop the onion.

Add vegetable oil to a clean multicooker bowl, add the onion cubes, set the Bake function and the cooking time is 40 minutes. Fry the onion slices for 5 minutes, then add the rest of the chopped ingredients to them. Fry everything together for 5 minutes, then add the tomato sauce there.

After another 8 minutes, put the smoked meats together with the meat, after 10 minutes, pour the meat broth into the bowl, salt, add spices and 1 lemon circle. Switch the multicooker to the “Put out” function and set the time to 20 minutes.

If you don't have time to cook the classic version of the hodgepodge, you can use ordinary sausages instead of beef.

You will need:

  • sausages - 3 pcs.;
  • smoked sausage or ham - 300 grams;
  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • lemon - 1 pc.;
  • pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • wheat flour - 50 gr.;
  • tomato sauce - 50 grams;
  • vegetable oil - 40 ml;
  • water - 2 l;
  • salt and spices to taste.

Cooking process step by step

Cut the sausages and smoked meats into cubes. Peel the onions and carrots. Chop the onions finely. Grate the carrots on a medium grater, chop pickles in the same way.

Pour the oil into a multicooker bowl and add the onions and carrots to it. Set the "Fry" program and switch on the appliance with the lid open. Stir the vegetables while they are roasting. After 6 minutes, pour cucumbers into the browned vegetable mass, fry for a couple of minutes.

Move the vegetable mass a little to the other edge of the bowl, and pour the flour into the vacant space and fry it. Pour 0.5 L of water into a bowl and add tomato sauce. Stir all the ingredients together and cook on the Simmer program for 5 minutes.

At this time, fry the sliced sausages and sausage in a skillet. Add the cooked pieces to the vegetable mass in a slow cooker. Add spices and salt there, bring to a boil.

Cooking process in stages

You will need:

  • pickled cucumbers - 4 pcs.;
  • vegetable oil;
  • tomato paste - 100 g;
  • lemon juice;
  • greens, lavrushka, salt and spices to taste.

Step-by-step cooking process

Prepare the vegetables, wash and chop the cabbage, grate the carrots, and finely chop the onion. If you have forest mushrooms, it is best to boil them and then cut them into medium cubes. Champignons and oyster mushrooms need not be boiled beforehand.
