Meatball soup is quite a popular dish as it is a great solution for a delicious lunch. There are many options for meatball soup, for example, the dish can be made with rice, noodles, dumplings, etc.
Soup with meatballs and noodles
You will need:
- 300 grams of minced meat;
- two potatoes;
- one carrot;
- one onion;
- three tablespoons of bread crumbs;
- 50 grams of vermicelli;
- salt, spices.
Add breadcrumbs, salt, pepper to the minced meat and mix everything. Form into small meatballs.
Peel and rinse vegetables. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onion into half rings, the potatoes into cubes.
Put a saucepan with two liters of water on fire and bring to a boil. Add potatoes, salt and cook for five minutes.
Fry the onions with carrots, then add this frying to the potatoes and boil for a few minutes.
Gently dip all the meatballs into the saucepan, one at a time. Boil for 10 minutes, then add the noodles and simmer the soup over the fire for five minutes.
Soup with meatballs and rice
You will need:
- 1/2 cup rice;
- litere of water;
- 300 grams of minced meat (any);
- two potatoes;
- one carrot;
- one onion;
- a pinch of turmeric;
- vegetable oil (for frying);
- a bunch of dill;
- salt pepper.
Form small meatballs from the minced meat: take a little minced meat with a teaspoon, then roll it into a ball. In this way, make the meatballs from the whole minced meat.
Pour water into a saucepan and put on fire. Peel the vegetables, rinse, cut the potatoes into cubes, finely chop the onion, and grate the carrots. Rinse the rice.
As soon as the water boils, put rice and potatoes in it, salt, simmer for about five minutes, then put meatballs in the boiling broth and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes.
Fry the onions and carrots until golden brown, then cover and remove from heat. Rinse the dill, chop it. Five minutes before the end of cooking the soup, add frying and herbs, a pinch of turmeric to it. Soup with meatballs and rice is ready.
