Soup with meatballs is probably familiar to everyone since childhood. As a rule, pork is used to prepare meatballs. But the soup can take on a new flavor if prepared with fish broth and fish fillet meatballs. A simple first course recipe doesn't take long to prepare an appetizing dinner.
It is necessary
- - fish broth 4 cups
- - fish fillet 200 g
- - onions 1 head
- - 1 clove garlic
- - stale loaf 50 g
- - potatoes 3 pcs.
- - carrots 1 pc.
- - egg 1 pc.
- - milk 70 g
- - vegetable oil 1 tbsp. the spoon
- - chopped greens 1 tbsp. the spoon
- - salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Pass the fish fillet with garlic and onions once through a meat grinder. Add the roll soaked in milk, egg, spices and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Step 2
From the resulting fish mass, form small balls - meatballs.
Step 3
Chop the carrots and onions not coarsely and fry the vegetables in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Step 4
Bring the fish stock to a boil. Dip the diced potatoes into it and cook for 10 minutes. Add sautéed vegetables, meatballs, spices, herbs and cook for another 15 minutes.
