Tilapia is a very tasty fish, which is familiar to many housewives, because it is sold in an easy-to-cook form - fillet. But this is not the only reason she is good. This fish is extremely low in fat, and its white meat can be cooked as you like - even just fry it, or at least bake it in a pot. I would like to offer a simple and original recipe for its preparation, which, undoubtedly, will appeal to many. So, "Fish on a feather bed":

- tilapia fillet - 3 pcs;
- potatoes - 6-7 pcs;
- tomatoes -2 pcs;
- onions - 2 heads;
- cream - 100 g;
- butter - 20 g;
- mayonnaise - 100 g;
- any hard cheese - 100 g;
- salt and spices as desired.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the potatoes under running water, peel and boil until cooked.
Step 2
Add cream and butter to boiled potatoes, beat with a mixer or blender so that you get an airy puree.
Step 3
Peel the onion and cut it into rings or half rings.
Step 4
Cut the tilapia fillet into pieces of any size.
Step 5
Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, after cutting them crosswise from above. Peel and chop finely.
Step 6
Grate the cheese.
Step 7
Take a baking sheet, lightly grease it with oil and lay on it in layers:
- half a bow
- mashed potatoes
- the second half of the onion
- fish
- half mayonnaise
- tomatoes
- the remaining half of the mayonnaise
- grated cheese
Step 8
Put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake at 180-200 degrees for about 40-45 minutes.
