Tilapia is a healthy and delicate fish with few bones. It is perfect for cooking in the oven - this method does not require a lot of oil and retains all the nutrients. And to make the dish more savory, tilapia fillets can be pre-soaked in soy sauce.

- - a pinch of basil;
- - 5 sun-dried tomatoes;
- - salt and lemon to taste.

Defrost the tilapia fillets and wash. Place in a plate, cover with soy sauce and leave for half an hour, turning from time to time.
