Chicken fillet dishes are a guest on our table almost every day. These are chicken soups, and Kiev-style cutlets, and stews, and grilled chicken, and all kinds of fries. The variety of chicken recipes is dictated by the massive demand for this inexpensive, lean, affordable dietary meat. It would seem, what other dish can you think of from this unpretentious product? Chicken fillet in foil, although it is distinguished by originality and exquisite taste, is nevertheless so easy to prepare that even a novice housewife can master it.
It is necessary
-
- 6 pieces of chicken breast fillet
- ¾ glasses of mayonnaise
- ¼ glasses of Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup 20% cream
- salt
- spices to taste
- greens
- cherry tomatoes - for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the fillets thoroughly, cut so that the fillets are flat, pat dry with a paper towel. Rub the fillets lightly with salt and, if desired, pepper.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line the entire baking sheet with foil. Brush the foil with refined vegetable oil or melted butter. Place the chicken fillet on a prepared baking sheet.
Step 3
Mix the mayonnaise, mustard and cream thoroughly in a separate bowl.
Step 4
Place the resulting mayonnaise sauce on each fillet.
Step 5
Cover the chicken fillet with another large sheet of foil. Gently roll the edges of the foil together until they are fully seated.
Step 6
Bake for 20-30 minutes until the chicken is done. Make sure that the sauce does not leak onto the baking sheet.
Step 7
Serve hot, garnished with a large sprig of herbs or cherry tomatoes.
