Lavash rolls

Lavash rolls are one of the most popular snacks today. They are prepared quite simply, but they disperse among the guests and home - with a bang. In addition, lavash allows you to experiment with a variety of fillings. To prepare such a dish, you will need:

- lavash;

- 100 g of hard cheese;

- 150 g ham;

- 150 g of Korean carrots;

- a bunch of parsley;

- 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Grate the cheese and ham on a coarse grater, squeeze the Korean carrots from the juice, and chop the parsley. Spread the pita bread on the table and brush it with mayonnaise. Place the filling on top of it in wide strips: ham, Korean carrots, parsley and cheese. Roll the pita bread tightly, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3 hours. After the allotted time, cut it across into small rolls 2-3 cm wide.

Any other product can be used as a filling, such as cream cheese, green onions, and lightly salted salmon.

Lavash chips

Another snack can be pita chips. They are no less tasty than purchased ones, but at the same time much more useful, because they are prepared from natural products.

Ingredients:

- lavash;

- 2 cloves of garlic;

- a bunch of fresh dill;

- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;

- salt and red pepper to taste.

Pass the garlic through a crusher, mix it with salt, pepper, chopped dill and olive oil. Spread the pita bread on a baking sheet, brush with the prepared mixture and place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 5 minutes. Break the dried pita bread into small pieces and serve them as a beer snack.

You can use your favorite spices and herbs to make the chips.

Recipe for pita bread with cheese

This unsweetened pie can be served both as a dessert for tea and as a main course, for example, for dinner. It has a delicate texture and can be cooked in minutes. To prepare it, you will need:

- 2 pita bread;

- 300-400 g of cheese of different varieties;

- greens;

- an egg;

- 300 ml of kefir.

Spread lavash on the table and brush well with kefir. Transfer it to a baking dish so that the edges of the pita bread hang off the baking dish. Do the same with the second pita bread. Mix 2/3 of kefir with grated cheese and herbs, put half of this mixture on pita bread. Cover the filling with the edges of the top pita bread and brush it with kefir mixed with an egg. Put the rest of the cheese mass on top, cover it with the edges of the lower pita bread, then grease it with kefir. Place in an oven preheated to 200 ° C and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
