For butter bread, heat the milk, but do not bring it to a boil. Pour it into a bowl, add yeast and sugar there, stir and let stand for half an hour. After that, add salt and gradually add flour to the dough, stirring occasionally, so that no lumps form. Melt butter, pour into dough, also add 1/2 tbsp. warm water. Mix everything thoroughly. Cover the dough with a lid or a towel and place in a warm place. When it rises, stir it and wait another 30-40 minutes.
Step 2
Grease a baking dish with butter. Put the dough there, but keep in mind that it should take up no more than half the volume of the form, since the bread increases in size during baking. Place the bread in a preheated oven and bake for half an hour. To check the baking is done, pierce the bread with a knife - it should be dry. If dough sticks to it, return the bread to the oven and bake until tender. Quickly remove freshly baked bread from the mold and cover with a towel to cool. It is best to store it in a cotton bag or in a bread bin with a lid.

Heat the water, pour it into a bowl and add the yeast there. Stir and let stand for 20-30 minutes. Mix flour and salt, add to yeast and water and add nut butter. Knead the dough. It should be dense and uniform. put it in a warm place for an hour, cover with a towel. Chop the nuts, peel and grind, but not to a powder state. Roll out the finished dough, sprinkle with nuts, then roll back into a ball. Place the dough in a greased pan. On top, brush it with whipped yolk to form a beautiful crust. Bake the bread in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes. The bread can be served hot. This bread is perfect for a nutritious breakfast when served with jam or honey.
