Fettuccine is a type of Italian pasta. There are a huge number of options for their preparation: fettuccine with seafood, vegetables, sauces, etc. It is very simple and quick to prepare fettuccine with mushrooms.

- cream - 200 milliliters;
- porcini mushrooms - 80 grams;
- onions - 5 grams;
- garlic - 2 grams;
- olive oil - 15 milliliters;
- white wine - 30 milliliters;
- hard cheese - 10 grams;
- saffron - 0.1 gram;
- basil - 2 grams;
- salt
- pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour cold water into a saucepan, add a little salt, put on medium heat and bring to a boil. Add fettuccine there and boil until almost cooked through. Throw in a colander and leave the excess water to the glass.
Step 2
Thoroughly rinse the porcini mushrooms from sand and dirt in cold running water, peel, rinse again and let dry a little. By the way, other mushrooms are also suitable for cooking this dish, for example, champignons - it will still turn out very tasty. Dip the mushrooms in boiling water and boil for 2-3 minutes. Then remove them from heat, drain, cool and cut into small pieces.

Peel the garlic and onion, rinse, dry and cut into small cubes.

Rinse the basil in cold running water, dry and cut into thin strips.

Pour olive oil into a skillet and place over medium heat. When the oil is hot, add the porcini mushrooms, garlic and onions to the skillet. Saute lightly for 1-2 minutes. Then add white wine and saffron and fry until the liquid evaporates completely.
Step 6
Then add cream (33% fat) to the pan and evaporate until a thick sauce is obtained. Stir constantly while doing this.
Step 7
Put fettuccine in the resulting creamy mushroom sauce, salt and pepper to taste and heat well under the lid, stirring constantly.
Step 8
Place the finished dish on a large, round plate. Sprinkle with grated cheese and finely chopped basil on top.
