Step 1
Pike cutlets in the oven
Prepare your vegetables. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Put half of the chopped onion in a pan, fry it until golden brown. Then peel the carrots, grate on a medium grater. Add it to the onion, fry a little.
Take a pike, carefully separate the skin and bones. Pass the pike meat together with the onions that remain through a meat grinder. Add the fried vegetables, spices and semolina to the minced meat, salt to taste and mix everything well.
Shape the minced meat into small patties and place on a baking sheet. Before that, grease it with butter. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C, place the cutlets there. Then fill them with tomato ketchup (pre-dilute it with water) cook for about 30 minutes. You can serve the finished dish with buckwheat or potatoes.

Fried pike cutlets
Take the fish, peel it well, take out the bones. Cut the finished meat into small wedges. Then put the pieces in a meat grinder, put the bacon (chop it beforehand) and chopped onion there. Scroll everything carefully. Crumble the bread into a separate plate and cover with milk. Wait until the bread is soaked, then place it over the minced fish. Season with salt and pepper to your liking, stir. Form cutlets from the prepared mass. Add vegetable oil to the pan and place the cutlets. Fry them on both sides. They will turn out tender and juicy if you add a little milk or water to the pan, then simmer them under the lid for 12 minutes.

Pike cutlets with cheese
Rinse the fish fillets and carefully pass through a meat grinder along with chopped onions. Place on a separate plate. Add eggs, nutmeg and salt there, mix the ingredients well. Grate the cheese on a medium grater into a small bowl. Make cakes from minced fish, put grated cheese in the very center of the cakes and form cutlets. Dip them in semolina. Add vegetable oil to the pan and fry the patties until golden brown.

Pike cutlets with pork
Rinse the pork and cut into small pieces. Peel and chop the onion. Then rinse the fish fillet and put it in a meat grinder, add pork and onion there. Skip everything carefully. Place the minced meat in a bowl. Season with salt, sprinkle with pepper according to your taste, add an egg. Mix the components. Next, mold cutlets from the finished minced meat. Dip them in flour, put in a pan and fry in vegetable oil.
