I propose to fry delicious and fluffy pies with cottage cheese in a pan. They turn out to be so delicious that it is impossible to tear yourself away from them.
It is necessary

- 900 grams of sifted wheat flour,
- 500 ml of milk
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 teaspoons dry fast-acting yeast
- 2 eggs,
- 60 grams of soft butter
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt.
- For filling.
- 500 grams of cottage cheese,
- 10 grams of vanilla sugar
- one egg,
- 60 grams of sugar.
- Additional ingredients.
- A little flour for sprinkling the table,
- 350 ml of vegetable oil for frying.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour 500 ml of milk into a cup (it is better if it is warm), add salt along with sugar and eggs. Beat the ingredients with a fork or whisk.
Step 2
Pour flour mixed with yeast into the milk mixture. Stir and add vegetable oil and soft butter to a bowl.
We knead the dough.
Cover the bowl with the dough with a clean kitchen towel and set aside.
Step 3
Preparing the filling for the pies.
Combine cottage cheese in a bowl (it is better to take fatter), one medium egg and two types of sugar. Mix well.
Step 4
Sprinkle a little flour on the table and spread the dough on it.
Cut the applied dough into pieces of equal size (about 25-28 pieces).
Cover the blanks with a towel and leave for ten minutes.
Step 5
Roll each piece of dough into a cake.
Put a spoonful of filling on the cake. We connect the edges of the cake, we splice it.
Step 6
Put each finished cake with a filling seam down and cover with a towel. After 20 minutes, the pies will increase in size.
Step 7
Pour vegetable oil into a voluminous pan (preferably with high sides, you can in a saucepan) and heat it well.
Fry pies with two sides until golden brown.
Step 8
Put the finished pies on paper towels. Serve on the table. Enjoyable and tasty moments.
