If you want to treat your family and friends with something delicious, then prepare pies with cottage cheese and pineapples. There is nothing complicated in their preparation, they will be baked in the oven.

Ingredients:

  • 70 g wheat flour;
  • 20 g of cow's milk;
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 250 g of cottage cheese;
  • 10 g sour cream;
  • a couple of tablespoons full of vanilla sugar;
  • 10 g sunflower oil;
  • 40 g granulated sugar;
  • 12 g yeast (dry);
  • 220 g canned pineapple (pieces);
  • 1 chicken egg.

Preparation:

  1. First you need to prepare the dough for the pies. To do this, take a sufficiently deep cup and sift the flour into it. Then you need to pour sunflower oil (odorless) into it and mix these ingredients well.
  2. It is necessary to add salt and granulated sugar to the milk, but before that it needs to be heated a little so that it is warm (but not hot). Then granulated yeast is poured into the milk.
  3. After the yeast is activated, or rather, a persistent foam appears on the surface of the milk, the resulting mass must be poured into a bowl of flour. After that, the dough is kneaded, which should not be too steep.
  4. Then the resulting lump of dough is divided into 20 equal parts, each of which is rolled into a ball. They need to be folded on parchment, and on top they must be covered with a towel. So, they should lie for 50-60 minutes.
  5. Pieces of pineapple must be removed from the jar and allowed to drain. To do this, it is recommended to put them on paper towels or use a colander for this.
  6. Next, the filling is prepared. In a rather deep cup, cottage cheese is mixed with sour cream. After that, plain and vanilla sugar is added to the resulting mass. Then everything is well mixed.
  7. After that, you can start forming the pies. To do this, you will need a small glass or shot glass. Place the dough ball on the table and use the bottom of the stack to make a depression in the middle. To do this, simply press the stack into the ball and remove it. Do the same procedure with the rest of the balls. Put the filling in the resulting grooves, and on top of it, finely chopped pineapple slices.
  8. Then you need to beat the egg well in a separate cup using a whisk. The resulting egg mass should be smeared with the edges of the pies.
  9. After that, a baking sheet with pies must be placed in an oven preheated to 220 degrees. After 10 minutes, the delicious pastries should be ready.
