Custard cakes with sweet cream have probably tasted almost everyone. But not many people know that this wonderful appetizer is also made with other fillings, serving for the table and for dessert, and as a main course.
It is necessary
- - 150 g butter;
- - 200 g of ham;
- - 5 pieces. chicken eggs;
- - 150 g of premium flour;
- - 200 g of cottage cheese;
- - 10 g of sugar;
- - 5 g of salt;
- - 50 g of dill greens;
- - 1 PC. a clove of garlic;
- - olive oil to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
First, make a dough. This dough recipe can be used in both sweet and non-sweet cakes. Put butter in a small bowl and melt in the microwave or on the stove.
Step 2
Place a saucepan on a medium-sized stove, pour a glass of water into it and bring to a boil, add melted butter to it. Stir. Add salt and sugar, stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Bring to a boil again, remove and cool.
Step 3
In a mixer, beat two eggs into a foam, add flour and butter. Whisk until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and place on the stove, add milk in small portions. Remove and cool again. Begin kneading the mixture while it is still hot, gradually adding eggs. The dough should be smooth and slightly shiny.
Step 4
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and use a pastry syringe or bag to make pies out of the dough. Spread them with a hammered egg on top. Bake for twenty minutes, until golden and crispy. Take out and make a small incision on the side of each patty.
Step 5
In a blender, stir in the dill and garlic. Add salt, ham and cottage cheese, you can add olive oil. Stuff the cakes with cream. Serve when they are completely cool.
